A workshop on the basics of cryoEM and cryoET, including sample preparation, data collection, and data processing. Ben presented a 90 minute tutorial on the practical basics of segmentation using filament tracing and tomosegmemtv. In 2024 he’ll be repeating the workshop, but presenting new tools including membrain-seg and dragonfly.
